MIDDLE of NOWHERE set to debut at SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL


MIDDLE OF NOWHERE

MIDDLE OF NOWHERE is the latest film written and directed by Ava DuVernay (I WILL FOLLOW). It debuts this month at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival in U.S. Dramatic Competition.
 
'Middle of Nowhere' follows a woman named Ruby who loses her husband to incarceration and loses herself in the process. Eventually, she becomes torn between two world - and two men - on the journey back to herself.

The film stars newcomer Emayatzy Corinealdi in the lead role as 'Ruby," with Omari Hardwick (I Will Follow, For Colored Girls, Sparkle) and David Oyelowo (Red Tails, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, The Help).
