Investigator Drops Bomb About Tupac and Biggie

Newly Retired F.B.I. lead investigator for Wallace and Shakur Cases tears down recent theories about gang wars and gang shooters, and bolsters claims made in 2017 doc- and allegedly has the docs to prove it.

Los Angeles, CA.The controversial and well-received documentary "Tupac Assassination: Battle for Compton" celebrates a one-year anniversary release - and its producers celebrated by dropping a new piece of corroborating testimony on claims made in the movie.

The corroboration comes from Phil Carson, the former Lead Investigator for the Shakur and Wallace cases for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Carson retired last year and appears to have taken all of his notes and case files with him- notes and files that back claims made in the "Assassination" movies. Agent Phil Carson built the FBI's case and was ready to file charges on it with the United States Attorney.

Carson is said to have volumes pages of FBI investigative files that document the trail of corruption that implicates the FBI, L.A. Police Chiefs Bratton, Parks, the LA Times, and the United States Attorney of Los Angeles. The files reveal what former L.A.P.D. Detective Russell Poole had already surmised, and later included in both the book “Tupac:187” and the movie “Tupac Assassination: Battle for Compton”- a concentrated concealment to hide the implication that LAPD officers, David Mack, Rafael Perez, and Sammy Martin, murdered Christopher "Biggie Smalls" Wallace by hiring a contract assassin, Amir Muhammad.

"Compton" asserts that this assassination was to cover up for a botched coup at Death Row Records, which saw an earlier attempt to take out Marion "Suge Knight" and by association Tupac Shakur. Of course, Knight lived and is now serving 28 years for an unrelated offense. But Shakur died 6 days later and it is alleged that the Wallace hit was to further a cover-up for the Knight shooting.

According to Carson, the alleged further cover-up included L.A.P.D. Deputy Chiefs, Bratton, Parks, and others, working in concert with LA Times journalist, Chuck Phillips as their official mouthpiece. Phillips is alleged to have been granted unprecedented access to the L.A.P.D. for purposes of passing along a narrative that diverted attention from the real suspects.

Carson, in a recent interview, made public last week, stated:

“You know what gets under my skin more than anything, is that the LAPD all the way to the very, very f--ing top, knew exactly what was going...I can prove to you that they not only knew but how they obstructed this case and how they tried to completely derail it.”

For its part “Battle for Compton” producer/director RJ Bond stated, “We knew for some time that Phil Carson was ready to make a case. In fact, we talk about it in the movie. But the FBI needs the assistance of local police like the L.A.P.D. in doing its legwork. That is what a ‘task force’ is; local police being ‘deputized’ to help the FBI like in the old west when people were deputized by the sheriff.

“Look at all the defiance the State of California now shows to ICE and how it effectively stymies the job ICE does in California. Politicians tipping off suspects, etc. Carson’s handlers at the FBI knew that without the L.A.P.D. their investigations in the LA area would be ‘over’ to use Carson’s words.

“People have asked for years how the L.A.P.D. was able to pull it off, and that’s how- a simple exercise in leverage- you have what we want, drop the investigation. And Carson did that because at the time it was about his job.

“Now, Carson’s retired and we can hardly wait to hear about his work at the FBI, we know it’s’ congruent with ‘Battle for Compton’ in many ways. One day, we hope that all of our work will be validated, but we take what we can get, and this is a big one!”

To see the entire story mapped out, watch “Tupac Assassination: Battle for Compton” on I-Tunes and Amazon Prime.” It is also available on DVD and Blu-Ray from Music Video Entertainment, on Amazon and other retail outlets.
