The award-winning and much loved comedy, “Home Improvement,” starring Tim Allen, joins the line-up of TV’s classic comedy series on the Hallmark Channel, with a 10-hour marathon on Monday, September 2, starting at 10am ET/PT, 9C. Follow the trials and tribulations of Tim “The Tool Man” Taylor, the host of the do-it-yourself TV show, “Tool Time,” as he balances life with his wife Jill, played by Patricia Richardson, and their three mischievous boys: Brad (Zachery Ty Bryan), Randy (Jonathan Taylor Thomas) and Mark (Taran Noah Smith). Although he is an excellent salesman and TV personality, Tim Taylor is spectacularly accident prone – particularly due to his personal mantra of “More Power!” - often causing massive disasters on and off the set to the dismay of co-workers and family, leading him to regularly seek advice from his loyal co-host Al (Richard Karn) and his know-it-all neighbor Wilson (Earl Hindman).

Based on Scholastic’s Dear Dumb Diary children’s book series from author Jim Benton, Jamie is a spunky, young girl with an active imagination who divulges her true feelings to her diary and often slips into fantasies, which usually include elaborate song and dance numbers, while trying to navigate life at Mackerel Middle School.

Based on the novel Garage Sale Stalker by author Suzi Weinert, one woman’s trash may be another woman’s clue when garage sale addict, Jennifer Shannon, realizes a connection between a series of burglaries and garage sales in her town.  She notices that all of the criminal activity surrounds people who are part of the group of regulars she sees week after week on the garage sale circuit.

An intrepid group of civil servants in the Dead Letter Office of the U.S. Postal System transforms themselves into an elite team of lost-mail detectives. Their determination to deliver the seemingly undeliverable takes them out of the post office into an unpredictable world where letters and packages from the past save lives, solve crimes, reunite old loves and change futures by arriving late but always miraculously on time. The unique team, consisting of Oliver Rita, Norman and Shane, is thrown for a loop when Shane inspires the crew to step up in a risky and unorthodox way, beginning with a chance to clear the name of a wrongfully accused man and reconnect him with the love of his life.

Based on Janette Oke’s bestselling Canadian West book series, the two-hour pilot “When Calls the Heart” is the story of Elizabeth Thatcher, a young teacher accustomed to her high society life, who receives her first classroom post in a small prairie town in the Western Frontier led by two strong coal miner widows, Abigail Stanton and Frances Tunnecliffe.  Elizabeth must deal with her restless students as well as the new Constable in town, Jack Thornton.  Set against the wild canvas of a 19th century coal town, Elizabeth will have to learn the ways of the frontier if she wishes to thrive in the rural west.

‘THE GOOD WITCH’S DESTINY’

In the sixth installment of Hallmark Channel’s highest-rated and longest-running original movie franchise, the raven-haired enchantress Cassie Nightingale is back. With her birthday fast approaching, all Cassie wants is for her family and friends to be together for one last hoorah, since her husband Jake’s kids, Brandon and Lori, are growing up with lives of their own. Meanwhile, Grandpa George’s new wife Gwen discovers that her prodigal son Drew has returned to Middleton after a five-year absence with plans to get married.  When a business deal turns bad it jeopardizes Drew’s impending nuptials and sets him on edge.  It’s just one in a series of unfortunate events that, one way or another, traces back to Cassie and her store, Bell, Book & Candle. As Cassie’s special day is fast approaching and with signs of a curse looming over her, it’s clear that Cassie needs to conjure up more than a little magic to make things right again.
