'Give Love Tour' Arrives In Southern California



On Sat., Nov. 9, Grammy Award-nominee Ledisi and Maze featuring Frankie Beverly will take the stage at 8 p.m. at the Citizens Bank Arena in Ontario, Calif.

On Sun., Nov. 10, Howard Hewett, along with The Whispers and Maze featuring Frankie Beverly will perform at the Valley View Casino Center in San Diego, CA at 7 p.m.
 
On Mon., Nov. 11, the parking lot of the Citizens Bank Arena will once again provide the setting for one of the largest dining rooms ever.   Hundreds of veterans will be bussed to the venue for free meals during the day.
 
The three-day tour includes a free festival for the entire family from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sat., Nov. 9.  Come enjoy a fun-filled day with free games for children, vendors and free food stations for veterans. 
In a salute to Veterans, approximately 1000 motorcyclists will ride from Los Angeles to Ontario.

The  “GIVE LOVE TOUR” 2013, produced through the Marcus Heart Foundation, recognizes the heroes who fight to protect the freedoms of all Americans.  Founded by Bruce Atlas, the Marcus Heart Foundation, (under the umbrella of The Community Foundation, a 501c3) is non-profit and serves Riverside and San Bernardino.  

The MHF was created in memory of PFC Marcus Allen Tynes, a member of the US Army who was killed in Zabul Province, Afghanistan at the age of 19.  The Foundation is dedicated to providing college tuition assistance to high school seniors pursuing a college education.
