The 74th Annual Golden Globe Awards, hosted by The Tonight 
Show's Jimmy Fallon, was held tonight at the Beverly Hilton 
hotel in Beverly Hills. Given out by the Hollywood Foreign 
Press Association, the Golden Globes are considered somewhat 
of a barometer for the upcoming Academy Awards®.  
Meryl Streep received the Cecil B. Demille Award and gave an 
impassioned speech about tolerance and intolerance.
