Charles Wright Is 'Looking For An Ugly Woman'

In February the nation learned that Charles Wright's classic mega hit, "Express Yourself," will be featured in the erotic romance film, "Fifty Shades of Grey."  The multi-faceted artist is now releasing his new single today, "Looking for an Ugly Woman."  The new track is from Wright's new album, Be Careful What You Look For, being released in late spring.  All the music on the CD is written and produced by Charles Wright.

The highly anticipated movie, Fifty Shades of Grey, is based on the international bestselling trilogy, written by British novelist E. L. James. Universal Pictures will release the film nationwide on Valentine’s Day, February 2015.  Dakota Johnson (the daughter of Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith) will star as Anastasia Steele, along with Jamie Dornan as Christian Grey.

Following the success of the Chevrolet Super Bowl commercial featuring Wright’s, “Express Yourself,” the ABC hit series Scandal used the classic tune in its February 27, 2014 episode.
